Google Wallet Passes
If you have an Android phone, you can save your eTickets to Google Wallet. Your ticket QR codes will be available directly from your lock screen, without needing to open your email or visit the ticket page.
Google Wallet passes are available on Android devices with the Google Wallet app installed. Apple Wallet support is not currently available.
Saving your tickets to Google Wallet
- Open your ticket page using the link in your confirmation email (or resend the link from etickets.im/my-tickets/resend).
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Save to Google Wallet.
- Google Wallet opens and shows a preview of your pass. Tap Add to save it.
- Your tickets are now in Google Wallet, ready to use at the door.
What the pass shows
The Google Wallet pass displays the key details for your event:
| Field | Details |
|---|---|
| Event name | The name of the event, as set by the organiser. |
| Date and time | The event date and start time. |
| Venue | The venue name and address. |
| Doors open / Show starts | Door opening and show start times, if set by the organiser. |
| Ticket type | The type of ticket (e.g. General Admission, VIP, Member). |
| QR code | Your unique scan code. Swipe between tickets if you have more than one in the same order. |
Orders with multiple tickets
If your order contains more than one ticket, all tickets are saved as a single pass with multiple entries. Swipe left or right on the pass in Google Wallet to navigate between your individual QR codes. Each ticket has its own unique QR code and must be scanned separately at the door.
At the door
Open Google Wallet and present the QR code for each ticket to the door staff. If you have multiple tickets, swipe to each one in turn. Each code can only be scanned once — once scanned, the pass updates to show the ticket as used.
Keeping the pass up to date
If the organiser changes the event venue or time after you have saved the pass, the pass will update automatically the next time you open your ticket page and click Save to Google Wallet. You do not need to delete and re-add the pass — the existing saved pass will reflect the changes.
If your pass displays a [TEST ONLY] label, the organiser has the event set to sandbox (test) mode. This does not affect functionality — the QR code will scan normally at the door. The label disappears once the event is switched to live mode.
Each QR code is tied to a single ticket and can only be scanned once. If you share a screenshot of your QR code and it is scanned by someone else before you arrive, you will not be admitted.
