Guest Lists
The Guest Lists section lets you view attendees, check them in on the door, and print a door sheet.
Selecting an event
Choose an event from the dropdown at the top of the page. Only events with at least one paid or free completed order will show attendees.
Attendee list
Each row shows:
- Attendee name — the name provided at checkout (if guest names were required for the event)
- Email address — the purchaser's email
- Ticket type — the tier purchased
- Order reference — the eTickets order ID
- Check-in status — toggled manually at the door
Checking in attendees
Click the check-in toggle next to an attendee to mark them as arrived. The change is saved immediately. You can uncheck it if needed.
Using the Scanner role for door staff
Give door staff a portal account with the Scanner role. They get a dedicated full-screen scanning interface with camera QR scanning and manual check-in — see Scanner for details.
Printing the door sheet
Click Print Door Sheet to open a print-friendly version of the attendee list. This is useful as a backup if you do not have internet access on the door.
Tips for day-of use:
- Print the door sheet shortly before doors open so it is up to date
- Use the portal on a tablet or phone at the door for real-time check-in
- If using a printed sheet, reconcile check-ins on the portal after the event
