Profile
Your Profile page controls how your organisation appears on the public etickets.im promoter page — your name, description, logos, and contact notices.
Editable profile fields

| Description | Longer bio/intro text on your public page (up to 1000 characters) |
| Logo | Organisation logo displayed on your public page and portal header |
| Ticket logo | Logo printed on customer tickets (can differ from the main logo) |
| PayPal email | Used for payment routing (contact eTickets before changing) |
| Sales email | Receives a copy of each completed order notification |
| Notify email | Receives operational alerts from eTickets |
| Currency | 3-letter currency code (e.g. GBP). Contact eTickets to change. |
All fields are optional except Promoter name. Omitted fields are left unchanged when you save; you cannot clear a field to blank via this form.
Public notices
Notices are short bullet points shown at the top of your public promoter page — useful for announcements, terms, or parking information.
Managing notices
- Add — click Add Notice, enter up to 500 characters, and save.
- Edit — click a notice row to edit its text inline.
- Reorder — drag rows or use the sort order field to control the display sequence.
- Delete — click the delete icon on a notice row. This is permanent.
Notices are public
Everything in the notices list is visible to anyone browsing your public page. Do not include internal or private information.
