Ticket Types

Ticket types are reusable label templates — names like General Admission, VIP, or Early Bird. They appear on the customer's ticket and are used to distinguish different tiers within the same event.

How ticket types are used

When you create an event, you assign a ticket type label to each tier. The same label can be reused across many events without re-entering it each time. Price, quantity, and dates are set per event — the template only stores the name.

Creating a ticket type

Click Add Ticket Type, enter the label name, and save. The new label is immediately available when creating or editing events.

Archiving a ticket type

Archived ticket types no longer appear in the selection list when adding tickets to an event. They remain on any existing events that already use them.
