Venues

Venues are locations where your events take place. Create venues once and reuse them across multiple event instances.

Venue list

The Venues page shows all your venues. Active venues are available to select when creating or editing an event. Archived venues are hidden from selection but remain on historical events.

Creating a venue

Click Add Venue and fill in the fields:

NameThe venue name as it will appear on tickets and the public listing (required).
LocationAddress or area description shown to customers.
PhoneVenue contact number (optional, shown on tickets).
Minimum ageDefault minimum age for events at this venue. Can be overridden per event.

Editing a venue

Click a venue row to edit it. Changes take effect immediately for all future events that use this venue. Existing confirmed events are not affected — venue details are stored on the event at creation time.

Archiving a venue

To prevent a venue from appearing in the event creation wizard, archive it using the toggle in the venue edit panel. Archiving does not affect existing events that already use the venue.

Setting a default venue

Mark one venue as the default to have it pre-selected in the Create Event wizard. This saves time if most of your events are at the same location.
